Cancellation policy
If the event is cancelled due to rain, we will notify you by 3:00 p.m. the day before the event.
In case of cancellation for personal reasons, the following fees shall apply.
3 to 5 days prior to the event: 30% of the ticket price
2 days prior to the event: 50% of the ticket price
1 day before or on the day 100% of the ticket price
Persons who fail to show up on the day of the event will be sent an invoice for the ticket price.
